1. THE CHALLENGE

Dr. Martínez, an internationally recognized surgeon, faced a critical disconnect between his premium professional reputation and his digital presence. His previous website failed to convert international traffic into actual medical appointments due to severe usability friction and a visual identity that lacked trust

2. THE DIAGNOSIS

A heuristic evaluation identified three key business-impacting problems:

Lead Leakage:

The site lacked a clear conversion funnel to capture and qualify potential patients

Brand Dissonance:

The "Before and After" galleries were chaotic and visually saturated, often being mistaken for inappropriate content rather than professional medical results.

Cognitive Overload:

Endless blocks of text without visual hierarchy (H1, H2) prevented users from finding quick answers to their concerns.

3. THE SOLUTION: LEAD ROUTING SYSTEM

To solve the commercial logjam, I designed a Lead Routing System instead of a generic contact form.

HOW IT WORKS

The user selects their Country and the Procedure of interest.

The Result: The system automatically routes the user to the WhatsApp of the specialized advisor for that specific region. This significantly optimized the first response time and lead quality.

Used for Headings (H1 - H3). Its geometric and friendly structure provides a modern, premium character that differentiates the doctor's personal brand from the rigid aesthetics of conventional clinics.

ROBOTO

Selected for paragraphs and technical descriptions due to its excellent legibility on digital screens. Its neutral design facilitates the reading of complex medical information, effectively reducing cognitive load for the user.

Color & Typography.

A palette that reinterprets the healthcare sector. We maintain clinical blue tones to preserve the psychological association with hygiene and professional trust, but we apply deeper saturation and high contrast. This disruptive approach moves away from the typical 'sterile hospital white,' positioning the brand in a luxury and exclusivity segment.
